Los Santos Penal Code

This penal code is enforced by all law enforcement agencies. Penalties listed are guidelines; judges may adjust based on circumstances.

Title 1: Crimes Against Persons

1.01 - Murder

Definition: Unlawful killing with malice aforethought

  • First Degree: Premeditated - 25 years, $50,000 fine
  • Second Degree: Without premeditation - 15 years, $25,000 fine

1.02 - Attempted Murder

Definition: Attempt to unlawfully kill another

  • Penalty: 10 years, $15,000 fine

1.03 - Manslaughter

2.02 - Burglary

2.03 - Theft

4.01 - Possession

Definition: Unlawful possession of controlled substances

  • Class A (Meth, Cocaine): 3 years, $10,000 fine
